Dreams Dashed (or put on hold)

If you asked anyone if I am a dreamer, they would say definitely YES. My mind create more than I could ever get done. I KNOW a lot of you ladies can relate! My mind always seems to be in overdrive. While cleaning my PC off this last week I ran across a few mock-ups I had created of dinnerware and coordinating stationery. I bet you didn’t know I did graphic design on the side, besides sewing. Like I said I love to be creative.

I would love to get into the textiles business, or perhaps I’d just love to have these plates for myself

So I thought I’d share with you some of the dreams I had that have sat on my PC for over a year, unattended, and perhaps waiting for a future at another time…or perhaps they’ll remain just that, a dream.

Oh yes, I had dreamed it all. Placemats, napkins, dinner and salad plates, invitations and thank you cards. Sigh, a girl can dream can’t she? Do you have dreams you’ve put on the back burner, waiting for the right day, right time, or just time to nurture them and bring them to life?
